1. Payment and Billing

What forms of payment are accepted for online orders?

2. Return/Refund Policy


For digital products, returns are not possible. If you aren’t happy with the value of the product, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase and you’ll be given an equivalent CREDIT to apply towards any other product.


Intuitive Sessions, Clearings, and other Services are non-refundable for any reason and include, but are not limited to, any type of private session, online programs, session series, or remote healing/clearing services.


It is agreed and understood that if you deviate from payment terms outlined above after the commencement of services, all Services will be suspended until payment is made. Suspension of Services does not release you from responsibility for fulfilling payment obligations.

Once I’ve purchased a session or package, how do I schedule my session?

What does the Redeem Package button at the top of the scheduler screen mean?

We will miss you! :) Once your month is completed, your subscription will not renew, and you'll stop receiving the Graceflow energies. You'll also lose your access to the Member Resources and live calls with Susan.

If you've purchased products or classes with your Member Discount (or any materials you've purchased from Graceflow LLC), you are not allowed to "share" or distribute those products or Zoom links to anyone else--it's unethical and bad karma. Instead, encourage them to purchase the products from the Shop, which is very GOOD karma. Or encourage them to join the Graceflow Soul Circle themselves!
